Medium textured soils with slopes between 10% and 20%, characterized by a good clay component and located in mountain areas.
Reduction of the yield in vineyards (green harvest) and meticulous selection of bunches perfectly sound and ripe.
The grapes were harvested by hand in crates. After sorting were destemmed and crushed. The vinification has followed a traditional procedure of pumping over and punching down at controlled temperatures.
The maturation took place in stainless steel for four months.
Deep red color, notes of berries like blackberries and currants.
It is spicy and elegant.
On the palate, it shows an excellent structure and persistence.

After harvesting and sorting the grapes were de-stemmed and crushed. The technique used consists of cold maceration of the destemmed-crushed grapes followed by a soft pressing and fermentation with selected yeast at controlled temperature.
The maturation took place in stainless steel tanks for a period of four months.
Pale yellow color with green highlights.
It is tropical hints with good mineral complexity.
Excellent in pairing with food.
