The soft dough of pandoro combined with juicy candied cherries, perfectly balanced with the sweet milk-cream filling. We used “Ferrovia” cherries, an exquisite variety of this fruit also called “Apulian Red-Gold” because of their bright color, the big caliber and the sweet, intense taste.
