Family traditions and passion have been guiding us since 1926, when the old stone mill on the banks of the Brentelle River in the Veneto countryside produced fine maize flour of excellent quality. Their son Luigi saw the potential there and created the project for a complete company.
Our goal has always been to have a good, genuine product, passing on the flavours of the past.
From the production of the delicious maize flour, the first Molino di Ferro maize pasta was born in the late 1990s. The product revolutionised pasta consumption when coeliac disease was not yet widespread and the disease was little known. Since 2010, our range of goodness has been populated with new products: biscuits, breadsticks, gnocchi, tortellini and many other delicacies
